Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States and hope to offer international shipping soon.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times will vary based on location and customs (U.S. only). Estimated times are not guaranteed.
Canadian orders typically arrive in 1-5 business days.
U.S. orders typically arrive within 5-10 days of placing your order.
Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping to Canada and the U.S. on orders over $100.
How long will my order take to ship?
Once you place your order, our team processes it and then ships.
Processing typically takes 1-3 business days.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your shipment goes out.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your Guests on Earth purchase and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, or there is something else wrong with your order, get in touch within the first 7 days after purchase receipt to initiate a return.

How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@guestsonearth.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, get in touch within the first 7 days after purchase receipt to initiate a return.
